Tomorrow's Rainbow
For the 3rd year, Sts. MM&M has provided grants for Tomorrow's Rainbow. Tomorrow's Rainbow provides programs for children and their families experiencing grief, loss, and trauma due to the loss of a loved one. All children at Tomorrow’s Rainbow receive free twice-monthly peer-facilitated support groups, therapeutic horsemanship, art, and play to process their grief and heal from their loss.
Sweet Dream Makers
Sweet Dream Makers provides beds, bedding, and essential furniture to children and families who are currently sleeping in unsafe, unsanitary, or inappropriate conditions. They partner with numerous agencies to provide these unique services.
Christmas in July
Providing school supplies, clothing, and toiletries to children experiencing homelessness, offering hope and stability to the most vulnerable in our community. The funding received through our grant has helped make this program a success.
Showering Love
Showering Love brings mobile showers and wrap-around services to unsheltered neighbors in need. The mobile unit makes ten “bus stops” per week in partner locations in Pompano Beach. Each “bus stop” serves 50 individuals with showers, hygiene, nutritional, social and medical support to inspire our unsheltered neighbors to take meaningful actions towards self-sufficiency.
Women In Distress
Women in Distress provides safe shelter for anyone experiencing domestic violence. Survivors receive safe shelter and services for 90-120 days, including food, clothing, advocacy, counseling, therapy, safety planning, transportation and referrals to other community services.
Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies
ButtonSOS Children's Villages
This agency provides “family-like” homes for foster children. The grant money will be used for counseling, tutoring, life skills classes and enrichment activities that the State funding does not cover.
Coral Springs Community Chest
This agency provides individuals/families in Coral Springs who are facing hardship due to job loss, medical crisis, or personal tragedy. They provide emergency financial assistance to pay rent, utilities, etc. to prevent homelessness.
Junior Achievement
Junior Achievement’s Pre-Apprenticeship program provides high school youth in Title I high schools with the job training necessary for technical skills in construction, maritime, wastewater, and broadband. The goal is to provide career opportunities, improved employability skills, and credentials for sustained employment.
Broward Children's Center
The Episcopal Church of St. Mary. Magdalene & St. Martin provided a grant for a new playground for the Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Facility. BCC provides quality programs to infants, children, and young adults who are developmentally disabled and/or are medically fragile through a continuum of care.
Coral Springs Museum of Art
Since its founding in 1997, the Coral Springs Museum of Art has been a cultural beacon serving Northern Broward County. They offer diverse programs and events for all ages. Our funding has helped the museum with the technology needed to expand their digital art classes for youth.
Heart2Heart
The mission of Heart2Heart is to connect, advocate, respond, and engage again adults who experience loneliness and isolation, especially seniors. Our funding provides training for volunteers and provides support to local seniors. Social isolation of our seniors is an epidemic, and Heart2Heart works to help our elderly population.
ScentsAbility
ScentsAbility Candles' mission is to provide workplace opportunities adapted for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by creating beautiful artisan scented candles. With our help, they have developed better materials, course development, and technology to provide hands-on job training using adaptive tools and processes.
Family Promise
Empowers families transitioning from homelessness to independence through prevention, shelter, life skills training, and mental support. Our grant funding is allowing Family Promise to expand into Northern Borward County.
Julian's Fountain of Youth
Sts.MM&M provided grant funding to help foster parents better provide a safe environment for LGBTQ+ youth in their care. JFOY helps enrich, empower, and educate LGBTQ+ youth, especially those that are at risk of homelessness.
LifeNet 4 Families
In addition to providing volunteers, our grant program has helped LifeNet4Families increase their capacity for food services to the homeless and other at-risk families.
